The Bill Aylor Sr. Memorial RiverStage is an outdoor amphitheater located on the banks of the Concho River at 16 E. Avenue A. The fan-shaped RiverStage incorporates the natural terrain of a 3-acre site into its design. Spectators can view the stage from the terraced hillside or from chairs set on a concrete slab directly in front of the stage.

The RiverStage has been host to such acts as bluesman B.B. King, Texas troubadour Willie Nelson, rocker Ted Nugent, and San Angelo's own Los Lonely Boys and Paula Deanda. The venue is also home to the San Angelo Symphony's annual July 3 Pops Concert and fireworks show, a free event that draws tens of thousands of people
