Shelby Ruger Bio: Shelby Ruger, a Dominican and Black artist, wrote her debut single "Deserve It" at just 14. Her standout singles, including "Blue Moons" and "Heartbreaker," showcase her unique sound influenced by Frank Ocean, Lauryn Hill, and The Weeknd. 2024 was a pivotal year for Shelby, with "Heartbreaker" amassing over 6 million views on Instagram. She also opened for 'The Philharmonic' on the NPR Tiny Desk Tour in Austin. Shelby has collaborated with Yung Romo Beatz and Xris Keys, and performed at major venues like House of Blues in Houston and a sold-out show at Antone's in Austin. Passionate about authenticity, Shelby aims to inspire and remind us to "Know Your Power" (KYP) through her music, hoping to encourage others to embrace their true selves. Her latest offering was a mixtape, "Last Night in Houston" which was released in May. J. Saenz Bio: J.Saenz is a rising independent artist from Houston, Texas, known for his alternative blend of rap, melodic hip-hop, R&B, and reggaetón his sound is both versatile and deeply personal. His catalog spans from soulful, heartfelt tracks like Heaven Sent to high-energy anthems such as West Side, showcasing his range as both a storyteller and performer. Inspired by artists like J. Cole and Russ, J.Saenz incorporates his own bilingual flair to create music that resonates across cultures and genres. He continues to build momentum in the Texas music scene and beyond, carving out a unique space defined by authenticity, passion, and connection. Uncle Tino Bio: Uncle Tino is a multidimensional rapper, singer, musician and producer who defies norms as the confines of genre. Backed by his band, Los Sobrinos, he fronts an exhilarating and interactive performance that sends you home unable to rest.
