Born to a black father and a white mother, raised between California and Houston, Edwards has always lived in the in-between where contrast becomes color and tension turns into groove. That duality shapes everything he writes. His upcoming sophomore album, "Texas Soul", is a love letter to the Lone Star State: its small towns, two-step dance halls, and long stretches of highway that hold a thousand stories.

After earning over 150 million streams and sharing stages with artists like Johnnyswim, The War & Treaty, and Mac Ayres, Edwards is bringing his signature mix of heartache and hope home to Texas this January. The Texas tour will visit intimate rooms across the state culminating in a headline night at Dan Electro's in Houston on January 31, featuring local favorite No Rehearsal in support.
