Drawn to the vibrant Texas music scene, Gumley relocated to Fort Worth in early 2023 to dive into the Texas Music circuit. Since then, he's penned dozens of songs infused with a fresh twangy, bluesy edge, releasing several as his first singles since 2017. His comeback EP, Concrete Cowboy-his first in nearly a decade-drew in new fans, booked fresh shows, and featured two highly popular music videos.

About Matt GumleyMatt Gumley is a dynamic singer-songwriter and musician based in Fort Worth, Texas, blending twangy blues with Texas Country and Rock influences. Born in West Palm Beach, Florida, he began studying classical piano at just five years old. In the years that followed, he mastered the guitar, bass, and drums, while effortlessly picking up skills on the mandolin, banjo, sitar, saxophone, and harmonica"ultimately becoming proficient in over 10 instruments. Gumley's early career took him to Broadway, where he made his debut at age seven as Chip in Beauty and the Beast. He went on to star in acclaimed productions like Mary Poppins, The Addams Family, Elf the Musical, and Runaways the Musical. It was during this time as a performer that he uncovered his true calling: music performance and songwriting. In May 2016, Gumley released his debut single, "Subway Rider," followed shortly by his four-song EP, Six Degrees of Separation, in July. Crafting his sound with infectious hooks, he supported these releases with three music videos that amassed over a million combined views on YouTube.
