BOX OFFICE HOURS
Our box office is only open during the week from 10:00am to 5:00pm at Silver Saloon or show days. Please call ahead to check our hours. Buying tickets online at www.silversaloonterrell.com is the fastest way to get tickets.
*Please note that some shows do not allow name transfers and only the person who purchased the ticket may enter at the concert. They are required to show proof of ID.


Minors:
It is understood that with purchase of ticket(s) that minors (17 years old and under) must have a parent or guardian (over the age of 21 years old) present at the concert/event. Parents/Guardians will need their own ticket to gain entry to the show.
Parent/Guardian will see that minor(s) adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the venue (Silver Saloon), including not being served alcohol and always staying in the presence of their parent/guardian.
It is understood that any person under the age of 21 not consume alcohol under any circumstances, even in the presence of their parents/guardians.
If anyone under the age of 21 is found without their minor "M's", they will be escorted off the property with no refunds or questions asked. Anyone under the age of 21 that consumes or attempts to consume alcohol and any individuals that provide or purchase alcohol for a minor will be forced to leave the premises and be subject to arrest.
Failure to comply with the minor rules set forth may result in denied a future entry at the event or removal from property. No refunds or exchanges.

Do I need an ID to enter the venue?
If you plan on drinking alcohol inside the venue, you must present a valid form of ID and be over 21 years of age. We take checking IDs VERY SERIOUSLY. Acceptable forms of identification include a state-issued driver's license or ID card, military ID, or international Passport. A student ID is not an acceptable form of identification.
If you reserve a table VIP table or VIP couches, you must show an ID in order to pick up your wristbands.


Dinner, can I get food at Silver Saloon?
Yes, we do have food available for purchase outside the venue. Taco Truck (Tricky Duck) will be providing food for the 2026

   Our box office is open Monday–Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, as well as on show days at Silver Saloon. Please call ahead to confirm hours. For the fastest and easiest ticket purchase, we recommend buying online at www.SilverSaloonTerrell.com.

2. Where should I buy tickets?

   Silver Saloon’s official ticketing partner is StubWire.com. The safest and best way to purchase tickets is directly through www.SilverSaloonTerrell.com by selecting your event and clicking the “Buy Tickets” link, which will always direct you to the correct authorized seller. We strongly discourage purchasing tickets from third-party resale sites, secondary markets, or individuals on social media. Silver Saloon cannot verify the validity of tickets purchased outside of SilverSaloonTerrell.com or StubWire.com, and we are unable to assist with refunds, exchanges, or entry issues for tickets obtained elsewhere. Tickets purchased through unauthorized sources may be overpriced, invalid, or denied entry at the door. Please be aware that ticket scams—especially on social media—have increased. Guests who reserve VIP tables or VIP couches must also present a valid photo ID in order to pick up their wristbands.

4. What are the rules for minors attending shows?

   By purchasing tickets, it is understood that all minors (17 years old and under) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (21+) at all times while attending the event. Parents or guardians must purchase their own ticket to gain entry. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring minors comply with all venue rules and regulations, including no alcohol consumption and remaining in the presence of their parent/guardian at all times. Alcohol consumption by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited, even when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minors are required to wear their designated minor “X’s” at all times. Any minor found without proper markings will be escorted off the property with no refunds. Any minor who consumes or attempts to consume alcohol, as well as any individual who provides or purchases alcohol for a minor, will be removed from the premises and may be subject to arrest. Failure to comply with these policies may result in removal from the venue, denial of future entry, and no refunds or exchanges. There is no re-entry for minors.

5. Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

   Some events do not allow ticket name transfers. In these cases, only the original purchaser may enter the venue and must present a valid photo ID at entry.
