Shreveport, Louisiana native Will Wright is a singer-songwriter and guitarist based out of Austin, Texas. After getting his start playing in church, he went on to become an active member of Shreveport's music scene. Touring introduced him to Texas' active honky-tonk circuit, where he has been working as a sideman and solo artist since 2023. Will's enjoyment of the songwriting process flourishes while accompanying artists outside and under the country umbrella, including Cory Cross, Red McAdam, Judy Blank, Christopher Seymore and more. His own music draws from an eclectic history as a hired gun and active listener. Today Will can be found on stage in the dance halls and dive bars of Texas, Louisiana and beyond.
